bluepotential delegates can access programme related online learning, reference materials and case studies at any time, directly from their desktop providing an Internet connection is available. Skills and knowledge can be tested using the online assessment facility, whilst delegates and licensed practitioners are able to share ideas and best practice via the online bluepotential user community.

The bluepotential toolkit provides each Licensed Practitioner with their own organisationally branded, online learning and assessment system for internal learning and development. Each system is hosted by us, totally secure, and gives access to multiple features, which we'll train you to use.

Content Libraries
Learning - each system comes ready loaded with the bluepotential learning modules and, in addition, allows you to load unlimited training materials in multiple formats subject to requirement, which can be accessed by internal trainees.

Reference and Support Materials - each system allows you to load unlimited reference and support materials, including case studies, manuals and articles, which can be accessed by your staff.

Assessments - each system comes ready loaded with the standard bluepotential assessments and, in addition, allows you to create and load unlimited assessments of your own, including interactive support materials to enhance the application of skills and knowledge.

Performance Management
Each bluepotential online system provides a comprehensive range of reports and analysis allowing you to monitor the performance of internal users, measure skills and knowledge competence against internal standards and understand ongoing training needs.

Administration
With our help, licensed Practitioners are able to administer their own systems - plan and manage activities, create competence profiles, conduct online surveys and a wide range of other useful, internally definable features.

User Support
Comprehensive system user training and application guidelines are provided during the bluepotential programme to ensure that Licensed Practitioners are able to get optimum benefits from this tool. Additional online, telephone and onsite support (subject to terms) are provided as standard within the bluepotential toolkit.
