The bluepotential accreditation programme and toolkit is designed for
senior Contact Centre training and operational managers, however other
senior managers with responsibility for business performance and staff
development will benefit by becoming Licensed Practitioners

content
The bluepotential accreditation programme requires delegates to
complete each of the following elements:
- Online learning and assessments
- 3-day skills training workshop covering the 8 bluepotential modules
- Workbased assignment
Toolkit
The bluepotential Licensed Practitioner toolkit provides:
- Learning materials
- Customer branded online learning and assessment system
- Practitioner support and networking
Programme
and Licensed Practitioner Accreditation
The bluepotential programme has been accredited for its content and
quality of service provision by the North East Contact Centre
Academy under their remit as the Centre of Vocational
Excellence (CoVE) for call handling, as defined by the Learning and Skills
Council. The awarding body for accreditation is NCFE .
The Licensed
Practitioner accreditation is mapped against attainment standards set
by CoVE and measured by internal assessment and external
verification of skills, knowledge and vocational competence. The vocational standard of this programme is set at level 4, and
learning credits are awarded at this level.
Cost
The inclusive cost of bluepotential Licensed Practitioner Accreditation
is £2,495 + VAT per delegate
Additional online learning and assessment user licenses: £90
per person per annum.
